Cancellation & Refund Policy
When you book your order 50% is non-refundable. We completely understand that things come up, however, because we begin planning 7-10 days out we cannot give full refunds as perishable food has already been purchased. If you are cancelling 7+ days in advance, we will be happy to give a 50% refund or offer a full credit to be used at a different time. Within 2-7 days of your date, we can offer a credit(not including deposit) for your original payment amount. If you would like to upgrade your size you may do so at anytime. Within 7 days of your booking, we cannot accommodate a downgrade in size. This applies to all workshops as well. If your cancellation is within 48 hours of booking, no credits, refunds or changes can be issued or made.
*Deliveries - Client (or designated recipient) must be present and available to receive and bring the order inside at the scheduled delivery time unless prior written arrangements have been made. Once delivery has been completed within the booked or agreed delivery window, all responsibility for product condition, temperature control, and quality transfers to the client. We are not responsible for damage, spoilage, or quality changes after delivery has been made.
*Invoices not paid within 10 days of the delivery/pickup due date will incur a $25 late fee, and any remaining balance will accrue interest at 1.5% per month until paid in full.
